The routing number for Armstrong Bank is 103104528. 

This number can be found at the bottom of your checks. It is the 9-digit number in the bottom left hand corner before your account number.

Q: How do I reset my Check Card PIN?

To reset your Check Card PIN you can call us at 888-680-2655 or visit your favorite Armstrong Banking location. 


Q: What if I have questions about my Rewards account?

Armstrong Rewards is a points program for Armstrong Bank Check Card holders. Every qualifying purchase accumulates points that you can redeem for gift cards, travel or experiences. If you need to reset your Rewards password, please give us a call at 888-680-2655.

If your card is lost or stolen, please report this immediately. You may check your account on our online services to ensure there has not been any fraudulent transactions. If you have had fraudulent transactions on your account, please contact us to assist.

Our Bill Pay service is provided free of charge for consumers and most businesses. To access and enroll in Bill Pay, you must first have Online Banking.

Fraud Questions:


Q: How do I report suspicious email or fraud?

Please do not open anything you believe might be suspicious or fraudulent. Delete these emails immediately. You may email us through our Contact Us page, call us, or visit any of our branches.


Q: I received a call from the Fraud Center, what do I do now?

If you have received a call or a text from our Fraud Center, they will need to verify account information such as billing zip code, in order to verify if your most recent transaction was fraudulent. If you have questions or need assistance returning their call, feel free to contact us at 888-680-2655.
