Bill Payment gives you the ability to make payments to most merchants, individuals and institutions via the Internet. The benefits of Bill Payment include:

- Flexibility - You can pay bills out of any of your checking accounts.

All payments should be scheduled to pay at least 3-7 days before the actual due date. For payees that are issued a check, we recommend providing up to a 10 day processing window to ensure the check reaches the recipient in time.
Previously scheduled payments can be edited or deleted until 2:00 am (CST) on the scheduled payment date. New payments may be added until 12:00 pm (CST) in order to be sent on the same business day.
Not unless the payee information changes. Your payee will remain in the system until deleted and can be found in the New Payment menu.
If a check was issued, the client can print a copy of the check online. Payments made by check are deducted from your account once the payee receives payment and the check reaches Armstrong Bank for posting. Electronic payments are posted online when payment is sent to the payee. A client may contact an Armstrong Bank Client Service Representative at 1-888-680-2655 regarding additional confirmation.
You can pay virtually anyone. The only persons you cannot pay are governmental agencies (including court ordered payments).
Our Bill Payment Service Provider determines whether payments are made electronically or by check. You can see how the payee will receive payment by viewing the payee list.
The maximum for electronic payments is $500,000 and for check is $9,999,999.99.
The minimum is $1.00.
You may cancel your Bill Payment services at any time. All scheduled payments will be deleted immediately upon cancellation of Bill Payment services.
