Check Collect is a full-service program for collecting returned checks on behalf of Armstrong Bank Business Accounts. No longer will you have to be the one to track down returned check writers and try to collect payments, this service will do that for you. Check Collect is maintained via the Internet and is available to Armstrong Bank Business Account holders, however it is not necessary for you to have Internet access. This product will be beneficial to any customer that has a problem with returned checks collection.

Merchant Services

Armstrong Bank offers its Business Account holders efficient and cost-effective solutions for accepting credit card payments. A merchant service account provides convenience, reduced receivables, fast availability of funds, and easy reconciliation. Armstrong Bank Merchant Services allows customers to accept a Visa and MasterCard payment, which makes it easier to sell products or services.

Lock Box

Accelerate your receivables collections with lockbox services available through Armstrong Bank Business Accounts. This service involves the purchase of a post office box in which the customer will send all deposits at their convenience. An Armstrong Bank employee will pick up the deposit from the post office on a daily basis and bring the items back to the bank for processing. The Lock Box service will save time and money by speeding the collection of receivables and processing customer payments.
