Important Information about Overdraft Protection Federal regulations have changed and now require us to get your authorization in order to pay overdrafts on your ATM and everyday debit card transactions. If you would like to opt-in your accounts, please click on and fill out this A-9 Form for each of your accounts and either mail or bring them into one of our 17 convenient locations. Overdraft Protection...Choose it or Lose it. Our institution has elected to participate in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Under that program, through December 31, 2010, all noninterest-bearing transaction accounts are fully guaranteed by the FDIC for the entire amount in the account. Coverage under the Transaction Account Guarantee Program is in addition to and separate from the coverage available under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
